Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This website and online store are operated by Online Betalings ID trading as Deqalli. Throughout these Terms, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Deqalli / Online Betalings ID.
We provide this website, including all information, tools, products and services available through it (collectively, the "Services"), subject to these Terms of Service.
By visiting our website, placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable UK consumer protection law.
1. About Us

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services.
2. Eligibility and Use of Our Store
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a contract or that you are using the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
You must not use our website or Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
3. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings or manufacturing variations.
All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or discontinue products or update product information where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by UK consumer law.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on our UK store will be shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The total price payable by you will be displayed before you submit your order, including any applicable delivery charges that we collect from you.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error and applicable law allows us to correct or cancel the affected order.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant product(s).
After you place an order, you will normally receive an electronic acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and confirm that acceptance, for example when your order is processed or dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- you do not meet an applicable eligibility requirement; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for another lawful reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount paid.
6. Delivery
Estimated processing and delivery times are displayed on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for fulfilling our contractual and statutory obligations relating to delivery.
Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed with you, goods must be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please ensure that the delivery information you provide is complete and accurate. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
7. Cancellation and 30-Day Returns
We provide a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products, starting from the date you receive your order.
In addition, UK consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After informing us that you wish to exercise your statutory cancellation right, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Full details of our return process, return address, return postage and refund procedure can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
8. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible change-of-mind returns, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our return facility may be located outside the United Kingdom and international return postage may therefore be more expensive than domestic UK postage.
Different rules may apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us before returning such goods so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Goods supplied to UK consumers must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose where applicable and as described.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us at info@deqalli.nl.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or reduces any remedy available to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the time limits required by UK law.
Where required, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered by us. Additional amounts paid for premium or expedited delivery do not have to be refunded beyond the standard delivery amount.
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed.
11. Account and Customer Information
If you create an account or provide information when placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, tools or services.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
This does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display content you voluntarily submit to us for purposes connected with operating, improving or promoting our Services, where permitted by law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or infringes third-party rights.
14. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website or Services:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
- to transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- to obtain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- to collect personal information about others unlawfully;
- to submit abusive, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful material; or
- in any other manner that violates applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe these rules have been seriously breached.
15. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and Services available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that you have where we fail to meet obligations owed to you under applicable law.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Our products and Services are supplied for private and domestic use unless expressly stated otherwise. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, different legal rules may apply.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of our website, including text, branding, graphics, designs, photographs and other materials, is owned by us or used under licence.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected material without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, Services or applicable law.
The version applicable to an order is generally the version in force when the order was placed. Changes made after a contract has been formed will not retrospectively remove or reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
The current version of these Terms will be available on this page.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
21. No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
22. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by applicable law, subject always to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the mandatory protections available to you under UK law.
You may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms requires a UK consumer to bring a dispute exclusively before a court in the Netherlands where such a requirement would conflict with mandatory consumer rights.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of our Services and purchases from us.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or restricts statutory rights.
